SProniX Robotics presents Chitti-X

Warehouse autonomy, engineered for the real world.

We bring mechanical design, intelligent sensing and robot software together to build a robot that inspects warehouse racks on its own.

Sense→Plan→Move→Adapt

Live simulation: rack audit

Chitti-X leaves its docking station, scans every bay on the left rack then the right rack, and returns to charge. Click the aisle floor to send it somewhere else. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom.

How an inspection run works

One pass, four steps, and the result lands in your inventory database.

Step 1

Leave the dock

Chitti-X starts from its docking station on the daily schedule and heads into the aisle.

Step 2

Stop at each bay

It parks square to the rack, one bay at a time, so every label is read from the same distance.

Step 3

Sweep and scan

It scans every shelf level, from the floor to the top row, and reads each barcode.

Step 4

Compare and alert

Scanned locations are checked against where each package should be. Misplaced or missing packages raise an alert, then it returns to dock.

We build robots that understand their environment.

Three connected disciplines, one autonomous system.

Hardware and control

Mechanical design, electronics and motion control.

Perception and navigation

Computer vision, mapping and obstacle avoidance.

Robot software

ROS 2 and simulation, connecting sensing to action.

Our engineering community

Robotics grows through shared ideas, technical exchange and collaboration.

Common questions

What does SProniX Robotics work on?

Autonomous mobile robots for warehouses. Our first robot, Chitti-X, inspects racks and reads package barcodes on a daily schedule.

Is the 3D warehouse showing a live robot?

No. It is a simulation that illustrates how an inspection run is planned to work. The layout, barcodes and numbers are illustrative.

What should I share about my project?

Tell us where the robot would operate, how large the warehouse is, what rack type you use and when you would like to start. Use the contact page.

Let's build the next robot together.

Have a warehouse that needs a better way to check its racks?

Start a conversation

Robotics that starts with solid engineering.

SProniX Robotics builds autonomous mobile robots for warehouse operations, beginning with automated rack inspection and barcode tracking. Our prototype is being developed at the Technology Innovation Hub (IHFC), IIT Delhi.

Hardware and control

Mechanical design, electronics and motion control, built for precise and repeatable stops at every rack bay.

Perception

Vision, mapping and obstacle avoidance that let the robot see the aisle and read every label.

Robot software

ROS 2 and simulation tie sensing to action, so every inspection run is planned and repeatable.
